How it works
Interviews go out automatically
Candidates that move into your chosen TeamTailor stage receive their Skillscanner interview link automatically.
Stages move themselves
When a candidate completes the assessment, TeamTailor moves them to the next stage you configured.
Candidates can pick up where they left off
If a candidate starts the interview but doesn't finish, they can return to the same link and resume from their next unanswered question.

Once a candidate completes the assessment, their Skillscanner match score and report link appear right on their TeamTailor candidate card — so your hiring team can review results without leaving TeamTailor.
Step 1 — Setup in TeamTailor
Set up the integration on the TeamTailor side first. You'll only do this once per organization.
- 1Open the Marketplace in your TeamTailor account.
- 2Find the Skillscanner integration and click Add.
- 3Copy the integration key TeamTailor generates for you.
- 4Note your TeamTailor data region — EU or NA. You'll need it in the next step.
Step 2 — Setup in Skillscanner
The TeamTailor integration is configured per organization, so make sure you're signed in to your organization account (use the organization switcher at the top of the dashboard if you need to).
- 1Go to Settings → Integrations from the recruiter dashboard.
- 2Open the TeamTailor card and paste in the integration key from Step 1.
- 3Choose the matching region (EU or NA).
- 4Optionally paste a webhook secret — required only if you want TeamTailor to verify the requests Skillscanner sends back.
- 5Click Connect. TeamTailor and Skillscanner are now linked at the organization level.
Step 3 — Link an interview in Skillscanner to a TeamTailor job
Each Skillscanner interview is linked to one TeamTailor job. Repeat this for every interview you want to drive from TeamTailor.
- 1Open the interview from the recruiter dashboard.
- 2Switch to the TeamTailor tab.
- 3Pick the TeamTailor job to link to this interview.
- 4Pick the stage that should send the interview link to candidates.
- 5Pick the stage candidates should be moved to after they complete the assessment.
- 6Click Connect. From now on, candidates that move into the send-link stage will receive the interview automatically.
